Nigel Coughlan was looking to carve out a new type of venue for Leeds. Following a three way pitch JAM were selected to deliver a unique experience in this old betting office. Working
closely with Nigel on every detail the bar was an immediate success and has been a winner and
nominated in numerous design awards since its opening over 5 years ago.
